You'll receive your digital JourniCard within minutes of purchase. It will be emailed directly to you and can be added to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for easy access. In case of any technical difficulties, please contact us at: help@journicard.com.

Yes. Our business partners may ask to see your JourniCard Member ID and a matching form of ID (passport or driver's license) to confirm validity. This helps keep things fair and prevents misuse.

We take this seriously. If a business doesn't honor the advertised discount, you can report the incident to us. We investigate each case individually and remove repeat offenders from our network. If such an incident occurs, please report it to: help@journicard.com - alongside the details of the incident.

No. All JourniCard memberships are one-time purchases for a fixed period (2 months, 6 months, or 12 months). You’ll never be charged without choosing to renew yourself.

As a rule, JourniCard memberships are non-refundable. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you believe there’s a valid reason for your request, get in touch with our team at: help@journicard.com and we’ll do our best to help.
